500 views on my art blog?! wow!! thanks so much for the views!! (even if it was mistake that landed you here, i still appreciate you stopping by!!) so to celebrate i decided to show you all the Honey badger king named: "KAMAO RATEL aka KING RATEL & KAMAO THE UNSTOPPABLE".

 He is the largest of all the Honey Badgers, and the most fearsomely unstoppable of them all. 
unbeknownst to King Ratel, he is being secretly controlled by his own brother, the wickedly powerful Voodoo Shaman "Kaffir Ratel". the Honey Badger king wears special gauntlets that increase the strength of his already powerful claws. the gauntlets are powered by Kaffir's magic, so he depends on his brother to maintain his power. this is all i can reveal for now..i've said to much already, so stay tuned for more "John Rambit, mrec for hire" coming at you soon!!

thanks for all the views people!! i'm still in the process of writing the storyline of the John Rambit story. so you don't get bored waiting i will reveal a main villian!! this is the Voodoo Shaman and brother to the king of the honey badgers, named: "Kaffir Ratel"!! he has total control and influence over the honey badger king "Kamao Ratel" and his army. he uses voodoo magic, voodoo dolls, and his magic staff. this is kind of a secret so don't say nothing, alright? cool. like i said, this is just a rough draft, so expect it to look more badass later!!

thanks for the views folks!! i'm currently working on the story/timeline of John Rambit: merc for hire and new artwork too so stay tuned!! enjoy these new drawings: "Rambit vs. Rabbit Ninjas" and "Rambit vs. Darkwater Rabbit Mercs". both Mercenary groups are rivals of Rambit and routinely try to recruit him into their ranks to no success. Rambit is nothin' to mess with!!

the John Rambit sketchbook (b&w/color version) part 3

hello there folks!! it's time for more Rambit battles!! no more waiting, here they are!! enjoy!!

"Rambit vs. Gator thugs" the bijou gator thugs are some of the toughest enemies from it's own territory the United Animal States has had to face along the years. the body count left in the wake of a bijou gator attack was great & numerous, until Rambit came along to tip the scales in the Rabbit's favor! the animals have a guardian now, his name is whispered silently among his enemies; they say 'beware of Rambit'!!

"how to kill an ELDER-GOD" the United Animal States army goes to investigate/neutralize a threat unknowingly brought to his world by a group of curious bunnies reading an ancient human book called: "Necronomicon". bright lights and loud roars could be heard from miles away, and anything that came close to the area disappeared; never to be seen again. a squad of Republic soldiers were sent and defeated! one soldier managed to escape and radio for help; when asked what was out there the soldier replied: "tentacles, too many tentacles!!" Rabbits specializing in the supernatural gathered to watch the terror unfold and ran back to the high command screaming: "SEND IN RAMBIT!!"..will Rambit be able to find the ancient text and memorize the secret incantations needed to send the elder god back to his dark dimension? we'll have to wait and see.. 

'retired Rambit' "the right to bear arms" here's a look at what Rambit may look like if he ever retires from the merc game. this is a "what if" scenario, and not canon.
in this drawing we see a very unlucky and de-armored "Chicago bear" losing a claw..sucks to be him..
a battle for territory was the main reason for the United Animal States' civil war against the Chicago bears. the battle lasted many years with neither side winning or losing, so they signed the "great forest treaty". (of course, Rambit was in the "unity" of the army at the time, while the Bears were on the "natural selection" side, so the bears were eager to sign and end the conflict.) despite the peace agreement, there was still the small skirmish here and there, but nothing major for many years.

John Rambit quick sketches!! introducing: "Kid Rambit" , "Cyborg Rambit" & "Fighter-Frogs"!!!!!!!

these are some quick sketches/ideas i came up with for the Rambit story. they were originally meant to be in the sketchbook but were left out due to lack of time..so here they are(finally, lol):

this little dude here is "kid Rambit". i want to do some 'flashback' comics and maybe a full series of just Rambit as a kid..what do you guys think?  full series or just flashbacks within the comics? leave me a comment!!

this guy is "Cyborg Rambit, merc of the future"!! his target is John Rambit. no one knows why he is here; is he a protector or an assassin? who sent him and why? all we know is he catches Rambit off guard and puts his skills to the ultimate test!! how do you beat a cyborg version of yourself? answer me that!! be scared, Cyborg Rambit is here!!

Rambit's overconfidence gets the better of him!! the "FIGHTER-FROGS" were no pushovers!! Rambit gets his fuzzy tail handed to him by the Frogs(who seem to possess the power to enlarge their hands & feet to form an impressive attack)! he would have known about their abilities if he had read the classified files on them before rushing into battle. there's 3 "Fighter-Frogs" and each has a different "frog defense", in this pic we see "Slimeback"(he oozes a debilitating toxin) delivering a crushing blow to a downed Rambit. sad indeed..
